1. The seller
khunsuuk.com is operated by Moshivo LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, under the Khunsuuk brand. Contact: hello@khunsuuk.com.
2. Pre-orders
A pre-order reserves a product, colour, size and embroidered name. It is free and commits neither you nor us. When production opens we email you the final price and a payment link. Your order is confirmed only once it is paid. You can cancel a pre-order at any time by replying to our email.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars, Australian dollars or Thai baht depending on where you are, and the price confirmed in the payment link is the one you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe at the time of order.
4. Made to order
Each pair is made for you in Thailand after payment. Production and delivery take 2 to 4 weeks; we give you a tracking number when your parcel leaves. Pictures on the site show the design; each pair is embroidered and finished one at a time, so small differences in stitching and colour are part of the product.
5. Duties and taxes
Your parcel may be charged import duties or taxes in your country. Where we can collect them at checkout, the price you pay includes them. Otherwise the carrier may collect them on delivery, and they are your responsibility.
6. Sizing, returns and refunds
Use the size chart before ordering. A pair with a personalised name is made for you alone, so it can be returned only if it arrives faulty or does not match your order; tell us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we replace it or refund you. A pair without a name can be returned unworn within 14 days of delivery for a refund of its price, return shipping at your cost. This does not limit any right you have under the consumer law of your country.
7. Embroidered names
You are responsible for the name you ask us to embroider. We may refuse a name that is offensive, infringes someone else's rights or belongs to a trademark.
8. Intellectual property
The Khunsuuk name, logo, designs, photographs and texts belong to Moshivo LLC. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.
9. Liability
Our liability for an order is limited to the price paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
