1. Who we are
Khunsuuk is a brand of Moshivo LLC ("we", "us"), a Delaware limited liability company, operating the shop at khunsuuk.com. We sell Muay Thai shorts made to order in Thailand. You can reach us at hello@khunsuuk.com.
2. Information we collect
When you pre-order or order: your name, email address, country, the product, colour and size you chose and the name you want embroidered. When you pay: your shipping address and phone number for delivery. Usage data: basic technical information (pages visited, browser type, IP address) needed to run and secure the site.
3. How we use it
To record your pre-order, tell you when production opens, make and ship your pair, answer your questions, handle returns and keep the accounting records the law requires. We send you emails about your order only. We never sell or rent your personal information.
4. Service providers
Amazon Web Services hosts the site and sends our emails. Google reCAPTCHA protects our forms from abuse, and Google Analytics measures visits. Our partner workshop in Thailand receives the order details needed to make your pair (product, size, embroidered name), and the carrier (DHL or another courier) receives your name, address and phone number to deliver it.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card details are collected and held by Stripe under its own privacy policy and never reach our servers. We receive only the payment status, the amount and the billing country.
6. Retention
Pre-orders that never become an order are deleted 12 months after production opens. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires, then deleted.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Access to order data is limited to the people who need it to fulfil your order.
8. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion at any time by writing to hello@khunsuuk.com. If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia or Thailand, you also have the rights given by the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the Australian Privacy Act or the Thai PDPA, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
9. Cookies
The site stores your currency choice and your cookie choice in your browser. With your consent where the law requires it, Google Analytics measures how the site is used. We set no advertising cookies.
10. Changes
We update this policy when our practices change and show the date of the last update at the top of this page.
